Privacy Policy

1. General Information

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing personal data of users of the online store available at www.mountify.pro (hereinafter: "Store").

The personal data administrator is:

    (hereinafter: "Administrator").

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR),
  • applicable provisions of Polish and EU law.

2. Scope of Processed Personal Data

The Administrator may process the following personal data:

  • first name and last name,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number,
  • residential address or delivery address,
  • invoice data,
  • IP address,
  • data contained in correspondence,
  • data regarding orders and payments (without access to full payment card data).

Through the Store, the Administrator may Process Personal Data through:

  • the contact form, located in the "Contact" tab;
  • conclusion and performance of the Product Sales Agreement.

3. Information on Automated Decision-Making, Including Profiling

The Consumer's personal data is not used by the Administrator for the purposes of making decisions regarding the Consumer based on automated Processing of Personal Data, including profiling.


4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing

  • More detailed information regarding the Consumer's rights can be found in art. 16 – 21 GDPR respectively.
  • In the case where the processing of the Consumer's personal data takes place on the basis of expressed consent, the Consumer has the right to withdraw consent for Processing Personal Data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of Processing carried out on the basis of that consent before its withdrawal.
  • The Consumer also has the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if their Personal Data is Processed incorrectly and in violation of legal provisions.
  • In Poland, the supervisory authority for Personal Data is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  • In case of doubts regarding the correctness of personal data processing, the Administrator encourages prior contact at the e-mail address: [email protected] in order to clarify the Consumer's doubts.

5. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

  • payment operators:
    • PayPal
    • Stripe
  • courier companies:
    • DPD
  • IT, hosting and server service providers,
  • online accounting cloud inFakt,
  • public authorities – to the extent required by legal provisions.

Personal data is not sold or made available to third parties for marketing purposes.


6. Transfer of Data Outside the European Union

Personal data may be transferred outside the European Union only to the extent necessary for payment processing (e.g. PayPal, Stripe).

Data transfer takes place on the basis of:

  • standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or
  • decisions of the European Commission establishing an adequate level of data protection.

7. Data Retention Period

Personal data is stored:

  • for the duration of the agreement and after its termination:
    • in accordance with tax and accounting regulations (usually 5–6 years),
  • data processed for contact purposes:
    • for the time necessary to handle the inquiry,
  • data related to complaints:
    • for the period of the Seller's liability (2 years),
  • data processed on the basis of consent:
    • until its withdrawal.

8. Rights of Data Subjects

The person whose data is processed has the right to:

  • access to data,
  • rectification of data,
  • erasure of data ("right to be forgotten"),
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • file a complaint with the supervisory authority
    (in Poland: President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

9. Obligation to Provide Data

Providing personal data is:

  • voluntary, but
  • necessary to conclude an agreement, fulfill an order or contact the Administrator.

10. Cookies

The Store uses cookies for the purposes of:

  • ensuring proper website operation,
  • conducting statistics and analyses,
  • carrying out marketing activities.

11. Data Security

The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, in particular:

  • SSL encryption,
  • server security,
  • limited access to data only for authorized persons.

12. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy.
