Returns and Complaints
1. General Information
This policy sets out the rules for returns and complaints in the online store available at www.mountify.pro (hereinafter: "Store"), operated by Gemmi Arts (hereinafter: "Seller").
The policy applies to sales exclusively to consumers (B2C) in the territory of the European Union.
2. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement (Return)
- The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days without giving a reason.
- The withdrawal period is calculated from the day of receiving the product by the Consumer or a third party indicated by them.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should send a clear declaration via e-mail to: [email protected].
3. Effects of Withdrawal from the Agreement
- The Seller will refund the consumer all payments received, including the costs of delivering the product to the consumer (except for additional costs resulting from the consumer's choice of a more expensive than the cheapest standard method of delivery), no later than within 14 days from the day of receiving the withdrawal declaration.
- The Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the product or the consumer providing proof of its return – whichever occurs first.
- Payment refund is made using the same payment method that the Consumer used in the original transaction (PayPal / Stripe), unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another form.
4. Return Costs
- The Consumer bears direct costs of returning the product.
- The Seller does not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.
5. Condition of the Returned Product
- The Consumer may inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning.
I. Consumer's Obligations After Withdrawal from the Agreement

The Consumer is obliged to return the product no later than within 14 days from the day of submitting the withdrawal declaration.

The returned Product should be: complete (with all mounting elements, documentation and packaging, if included), secured for transport in a manner preventing damage. The Seller is not liable for damage to the product occurring during return transport if the shipment was not properly secured.

In case of non-receipt of the return shipment due to reasons on the consumer's side (e.g. sending a cash on delivery shipment or to a pickup point without agreement), the costs of reshipment or storage may be deducted from the refund amount – within the limits permitted by legal provisions.
II. Consumer's Liability for Reduction in Value of Goods
-The Consumer is liable for reduction in the value of the product resulting from using it in a manner exceeding what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, in accordance with art. 34 para. 4 of the Consumer Rights Act.
- In particular, such use includes: permanent mounting of the holder (e.g. screwing, gluing, use of mounting tapes), mechanical damage, scratches, cracks, missing set elements or their damage, signs of intensive use affecting further resale of the product.
- The Seller reserves the right to proportionally reduce the refund amount corresponding to the degree of reduction in the product's value.

7. Complaints (Non-Conformity of Goods with the Agreement)
- The Seller is liable for non-conformity of goods with the agreement in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

8. Final Provisions
- This policy supplements the Store Terms and Conditions.
- In matters not regulated, the applicable provisions of Polish law apply.
- The Seller reserves the right to change the content of this Policy. The current version of the document will be made available on the Store's website.
