Terms and Conditions of the Online Store
1. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store operated by the Seller at: www.mountify.pro
- The Store conducts sales exclusively to consumers (B2C).
- The Store conducts sales in the territory of all European Union countries.
- The Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge on the Store's website in a manner enabling their acquisition, reproduction and storage.

3. Definitions
- Consumer – a natural person making a purchase in the Store for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Seller – the entity indicated in §2 of the Terms and Conditions.
- Store – the online store operated by the Seller.
- Product – a movable item offered in the Store.
- Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded between the Consumer and the Seller at a distance via the Store.
4. Scope of the Store's Activity
- The Store offers the sale of consumer products.
- Products are not made to individual order or personalized.
- Information about Products constitutes an invitation to conclude an agreement within the meaning of the Civil Code.
5. Placing Orders
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the online Store.
- The conclusion of the Sales Agreement occurs at the moment of confirmation of order acceptance by the Seller via e-mail.
- Placing an order means an obligation to pay.
6. Technical Requirements:
- In order to conclude a sales agreement, it is necessary for the Consumer's IT system to jointly meet the minimum technical requirements in the form of Internet access and appropriate software and device enabling Internet use, through which the Consumer uses the Store.
- In order to mitigate cyber threats, e.g. in the form of introducing malicious software into the Consumer's IT system, or obtaining and modifying the Consumer's data by unauthorized persons, the Seller recommends using technological measures that are able to prevent the specified risks - for example in the form of antivirus programs.
7. Rules for Using the Store
- The Consumer should use the Store in accordance with its purpose and with respect for the principles adopted in the Terms and Conditions, in accordance with legal provisions and accepted customs.
- The Consumer in particular should not:
- provide and transmit content that could be considered unlawful, in particular via the contact form,
- place any unauthorized files, programs or applications, including their extensions and modifications, of a malicious nature, which could cause disruptions to the Store's operation or otherwise negatively affect the Seller's website software, its operation, as well as devices or software of other Consumers.
- undertake any actions of a programming or hacking nature that interfere with the operation of the Seller's website,
- bypass the Store's security,
- use content posted on the Store's website in a manner that violates intellectual property rights.
8. Prices and Payments
- All prices given in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).
- Prices are given in EUR currency.
- Available payment methods:
- PayPal
- Stripe (payment card / online payments)
- Payment is made at the time of placing the order.
- The Customer makes payment for the order in the form of prepayment, using the available electronic payment methods. Payment is considered effectively made at the moment the Seller receives information from the payment processing system about crediting the Seller's account with the amount paid by the Consumer.
9. Delivery
- Delivery is carried out in the territory of the European Union.
- Carrier: DPD.
- Delivery costs are provided during order placement.
- The order fulfillment period is given on the Product page.
10. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement (Returns)
- The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving a reason
- The withdrawal period is calculated from the day of receiving the Product.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should inform the Seller via e-mail.
- The Consumer bears direct costs of returning the Product.
- Payment refund occurs no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal declaration
- The Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the Product or proof of its return.
- If the Consumer has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur is not obliged to refund the Consumer for the additional costs incurred by them.
- In case of withdrawal from the agreement, the Buyer should return the Product at their own expense within 14 days counting from the day on which they withdrew from the agreement.
11. Complaints and Non-Conformity of Goods with the Agreement
- The Seller is liable for non-conformity of the Product with the Agreement on the terms specified in art. 43i-43l of the Consumer Rights Act, towards the Customer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights.

- The Seller will respond to the complaint immediately, within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the day the Seller receives the complaint.
- For the purpose of processing the complaint, the Consumer is obliged to cooperate with the Seller and provide them with all relevant information that is significant for processing the complaint.
- The Seller is not liable for:
- damage resulting from improper use of the Product,
- technical interruptions in the Store's operation,
- incorrect data provided by the Consumer.
12. Personal Data
- The transfer of personal data by the Consumer via the Service's website, e.g. making a purchase of a Product or entering personal data by the Consumer into the contact form, causes the Seller to become their administrator within the meaning of personal data protection regulations (GDPR).
- The User's personal data may also be processed through the use of cookies.
- Detailed information on data processing is contained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on the Store's website.
13. Amicable Dispute Resolution
- The Consumer has the possibility to use amicable and out-of-court dispute resolution through:
- a permanent consumer arbitration court through which the Consumer can file an application for resolution of a dispute arising from the concluded agreement;
- a district (municipal) consumer rights ombudsman or a social organization, whose statutory tasks include consumer protection, in order to obtain assistance regarding the agreement;
- the ODR online platform.
14. Final Provisions
- The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions.– Consumers will be informed about this by the Seller posting information on the Store's main page.
- Prices are given in EUR currency. In case of choosing delivery within PL, the price will be converted at the time of placing the order to PLN based on the EUR rate according to the average EUR rate announced by NBP from the last business day preceding the transaction day.
- Changes to the Terms and Conditions will not affect the rights and obligations of Consumers resulting from agreements concluded before the introduction of changes. For agreements concluded before the date of changes to the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions with the content accepted by the Consumer at the time of concluding the agreement will apply.
- the law applicable for resolving all disputes arising between the Consumer and the Seller is Polish law, unless absolutely binding legal provisions provide otherwise.
- these Terms and Conditions in this version are effective from December 1, 2025.
